Our Otter Friend Is Now Called Bori
Ongi and Oni. We heard more than once that the two names were easy to mix up. Ongi, the one you talk with, stays the same, and the otter who grows alongside you is now called Bori.

Ongi listens to you, and the otter grows beside you. They were always two, but the names looked so alike that it was easy to lose track of which was which

The otter is now Bori. Every place the old name appeared, across the app, in our emails, and in the address where you go to meet them, now says Bori

Ongi's name has not changed. You can keep talking with Ongi just as you always have
🤍 The Name You Gave Stays Yours

If you have already given a name, that name stays exactly as it is. Bori is the name we offer to those meeting them for the first time
- •
You can rename them anytime in Settings
